Tokenomics
ARKM has three functions:
Serve as the currency for the Arkham Intel exchange and intel-to-earn economy
Through rewards and discounts, create an incentive system accelerating Arkham adoption
Serve as the governance token for the Arkham Intel Exchange
The intel-to-earn and incentive systems help to balance the token economy, with ARKM entering circulation via intel-to-earn payments and ARKM rewards, and cycling out of circulation via pay-in-ARKM platform purchases and exchange fees.
This cycle of token flows supports network stability, so that the ARKM network remains robust and balanced in the long term. ARKM's allocation and release schedule have likewise been determined in accordance with industry best practices towards the same end.
Initial Allocation
ARKM has a total initial supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens, distributed as follows:
Ecosystem Incentives and Grants: 37.3%
Core Contributors: 20%
Investors: 17.5%
Foundation Treasury: 17.2%
Binance Launchpad: 5.0%
Advisors: 3.0%
The ecosystem fund is further sub-divided as follows:
Community rewards: 28.7% (10.7% of total)
Contributor Incentive Pool: 26.8% (10.0% of total)
DON PoS Rewards: 26.8% (10.0% of total)
Ecosystem Grants: 17.7% (6.6% of total)
Unlocking Schedule
The total ARKM supply becomes fully unlocked 7 years after listing. The initial circulating supply is 15% of the total supply.
Investor, core contributor, and advisor tokens, are locked for 1 year after listing. Beginning 1 year after listing, they unlock linearly over 3 years.
The ecosystem fund unlocks over 5 years.
The foundation treasury unlocks over 7 years.
There are no planned ARKM emissions. ARKM is not designed to be inflationary and there are no plans to mint more tokens.
